GENUGEL CARRAGEENAN CI-124

GENUGEL® type CI-124 is a mixture of carrageenan, calcium acetate, guar gum, and potassium chloride. In application, it is dispersible in cold water and soluble in hot water, with the hot solution exhibiting a high viscosity. Additionally, it forms a firm gel when the solution is cooled, and these gels exhibit little or no syneresis.
