KELZAN BT

KELZAN® BT is a clarified, salt tolerant, finely milled, free-flowing xanthan gum. Its pseudoplastic flow behaviour provides high viscosities at low shear rates to improve suspension and emulsion stabilisation. Conversely, it provides low viscosities at high shear rates to give good flow properties when poured or pumped.
