KELTROL CG

KELTROL CG is a specially designed xanthan gum product for use in applications where ingredients with a low plate count are required. KELTROL CG has pseudoplastic rheology profile meaning it is shear thinning and shows relatively little viscosity change over a wide temperature range. It is stable over a wide pH range and compatible with high concentrations of salts and surfactants. KELTROL CG is stable to high-shear processes. It enhances the stability of emulsions, suspensions and foams, controls flow during and after application, and provides a light, silky feel. KELTROL CG thins during processing, then quickly recovers its viscosity. Ideal for applications where it benefits include stabilizing formulas, controlling flow and providing a smooth feel.
