β-Carotene 3% CWS/M is a cold water dispersible powder, based on medium chain triglycerides. This product is kosher and halal certified. For fortification and coloration of water-based foods, instant products, beverages, puddings, confectionery and milk products. Color range: yellow. Functions: may help support cognition; precursor of vitamin A, supports normal vision and immune system; may help protect the surface of the eye; heart health, brain health, general aging. β-Carotene is a pro-vitamin A.
